Jana Caudill, Broker/Owner 

As the #1 agent in Northwest Indiana, Jana's accomplishments include consistently selling 300-400 homes and ranging in sales volume from $70-$90 million. She has been named among the Top 300 Mega Performers in the Nation for seven years running. Jana has been a Star Power Star for 7 years. In 2006 she was featured as The Role Model for Keller Williams MREA Role Model Video. Jana's most recent accomplishments includes being named one of The 200 Top Real Estate Professionals for 2007, by Lore Magazine, The Wall Street Journal Real Trends. Jana earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University. Her past experience and education helped develop her excellent organizational, communication, marketing and negotiating skills. She truly loves her profession and genuinely cares about helping buyers and sellers reach their goals. You will find that her high energy level, integrity, and driven work ethic are second to none. Jan Schaafsma, Listing Specialist 

Jan brings over 25 years of experience in real estate to the Team. Living in Northwest Indiana all her life, she specializes in listing existing pre-existing homes as well as new construction developments. As office manager for another real estate office for over 15 years, she has the knowledge and experience in all aspects of real estate. She has also served over 8 years on the local Boards of Realtors. All this experience allows her to provide expert advice in pricing and positioning your home to sell in today’s competitive market. She will guide you step by step through the listing process ensuring you the service and results you deserve. 

A.J. Fischer, Listing Specialist  

AJ Fischer has been in real estate for almost 25 years, serving most years of her career in Florida and North Carolina. AJ is a member of the Howard Brinton “Star Power” Stars and has won many awards, including Florida’s Association of Realtors “Realtor of the Year” in 1996. She has been featured in many magazines for her sales and real estate contributions. Not only is AJ a great addition to our team, her Chihuahua, Chopper, has become our official team mascot! AJ’s enthusiasm, commitment to excellence and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market are exactly what you need to get your home sold quickly. 

Chandra Pallikan,Team/Closing Manager 

Chandra's primary responsibilities deal with providing full time maintenance & closing management to The Jana Caudill Team's accepted contracts. She is crucial in the daily operations of providing value-added service and maintaining constant communication regarding your closing. She will oversee and coordinate all activities associated with your closing, keeping you informed as you move through the process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Chandra brings over 7 years of real estate experience to her position, assisting in all aspects of office management and overseeing the Administrative Office Team, ensuring that the team's high standards & expectations are continually met. Chandra will make sure appraisals & surveys are ordered, title work is complete, deeds are prepared, inspections are done, mortgage payoffs are gathered, preparations are made with lenders & title companies...and all the other details are done that get you to the closing table. You are in great hands!  

Jennifer Bottiger, Listing Manager 

Jennifer's primary responsibility is providing full-time listing maintennance and services for all of The Jana Caudill Team's listings. Jennifer will coordinate all activity associated with your listing. She will be in contact with you from the time of your initial inquiry until you have received an offer on your home. She will be your primary contact while your home is listed with us, and will address any questions you may have. Born and raised in Northwest Indiana, Jennifer has strong ties to the community and has taken advantage of many local volunteer opportunities. With over 10 years of experience providing excellent customer service in the banking, insurance, and real estate industries, Jennifer will work to insure that you have the best listing experience possible.  

Cara Cunningham, Lead Generation Manager  

After graduating from Indiana University, Cara Cunningham was employed as an inside sales Representative for many years. She came to the Jana Caudill Team in June, 2007 as the Lead Generation Manager. Cara works with potential buyers or sellers and sets them on the path to becoming lifetime customers. Her persistent but friendly nature is just one reason why she is successful in her position. 

Kathy Pillar, Buyer Specialist 

Kathy comes to The Jana Caudill Team from a very diverse background. Her customer service skills are instrumental to her success in the real estate field. Her knowledge of business, negotiating skills and concern for people has translated effortlessly into her real estate career. Kathy puts her clients first and serves them well. Kathy’s greatest desire to see her clients have that “a-ha” moment when she finds them their perfect home. 

Brenda Tovsen, Buyer Specialist  

Brenda brings a business management background and experience as a former bank officer. She is a former teacher. Being involved in the school television station, school newspaper and academic coaching have kept her in touch with the many aspects of team work coordination. Brenda has also devoted her time to being a Girl Scout Leader for 12 years. Her devotion and dedication to all is attributed to her relationships with her loving husband and daughter. Born and raised in Lake County (Kalmar), Brenda is a pleasure to work with and will go the distance to providing you the best service.
